Steps:-

First of all Go to the Start Button

Now Go on run prompt and type gpedit.msc and press enter key

Now a window is open. 

Now Go to Computer Configuration and now Go to Administrative Templates

Now Go to QoS Packet Scheduler and Now Select Limited Reservable Bandwidth.

Now Do here Bandwidth Limit % is= 0 and Press Ok.

Thus we can Increase our net Speed.
