How To Use Out-Look for Appointment:- Our news reader has written us many uses of outlook and its used for appointment is given below. Appointment is made with any body for feature date. Mostly a calender is used for this purpose. The date and time of the appointment is noted in the calender. This action is preformed in Microsoft Outlook in this way. The reminder is to be et for this purpose.
Step No. 1- Open the appointment and go on opening the detail of the meeting.
Step No. 2- Open the check box to put on and put of the reminder.
Step No. 3- Click on the File>New>Appointment in the outlook. Make entry about meeting in the
subject box. You can write the time of starting and closing the appointment.
Step No. 4- Click on the Recurrence about the time of appointment and how many times appointment
to be held. You can also enter any necessary information or schedule of the appointment.
After this click on the save and close.
